These sessions are intuitively guided based on what is asking for your attention. I recommend 8-12, 60-minute sessions, scheduled every other week. I incorporate structure through goal setting prior to beginning the coaching chapter, which is revisited at the midpoint. Each session includes a meditation to tune in, takeaways, and home play. I weave in the relevant psychology-based methodologies such as parts work, art-based expression, somatic techniques, as well as spiritual teachings from shamanic, yogic, and Buddhist traditions.

Creative containers are 3- or 6-month commitments for those ready to prioritize their creativity. The first session is 75 minutes dedicated to exploring your relationship with creativity, setting goals, and committing to a daily creative practice. All following sessions are 60 minutes, with two sessions per month (3-month containers are 6 total sessions and 6-month containers are 12 total sessions). In each session, you’ll be invited to share your creations; we will then focus on additional themes you’re working with and ready to express. In the closing session, we’ll integrate the container by exploring your creations and what they represent.

This 75-minute session is supportive if you’ve recently had a powerful ceremony or experience in life. Integration is a process of looking at an experience or content and bringing it into your heart with care, claiming it as yours, and discovering how you wish to relate to it. Through witnessing, story telling, coaching, and practices to bring home, these sessions support you in grounding the experience, as well as uncovering and nurturing its gifts.

This 45-minute free discovery session explores ceremony work and how it can support you. Ceremonies are powerful experiences for those ready for change. It is a sacred and courageous commitment.
